Fee Schedule

Effective June 17, 2010 

Subject to the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code none of the following actions shall be accepted by the Clerk for filing, unless there is a deposit to cover the costs which may be accrued in such action or proceeding. Such deposit shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
