Kevin was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1982. He is currently Vice President of National District Attorney Association, Chairman of the Erie County Community Corrections Board and past President of the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association. Before being elected as the Erie County Prosecutor in 1989 Kevin served as Law Director for the City of Sandusky from 1987 to 1989. He also served as Police Prosecutor for the City of Sandusky from 1983 through 1987.
Mary Ann was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1987 and joined the Prosecutor's Office the same year. She is currently the Chief Assistant Prosecutor. In 2010, Mary Ann was honored as the Ohio Prosecuting Attorney Association Outstanding Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. In 1992, Mary Ann was the recipient of the Ohio Prosecuting Attorney's Certificate of Achievement Award. On May 25, 2010, Mary Ann was also the recipient of an achievement award by the Erie County Aiding Children's Excellence in recognition of outstanding service for children. Prior to joining the Prosecutor's Office, she was involved in a family business.
Vicki was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1979. She was a former Magistrate in the Erie County Family Court. Currently Vicki handles Children Services cases and shares in the duties of the Juvenile Court. .
Jeanne was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1992. She was formerly a Public Defender until 1999 when she became an Assistant Prosecutor. Jeanne handles criminal cases in the felony division with emphasis on felony D.U.I. offenders.
Cheryl was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1995 and admitted to the United States District Court, Northern Division in 2002. She joined the Prosecutor's Office in January 2004 after serving in the private sector for several years. Cheryl now handles criminal cases in the Felony Division after serving as the Juvenile Prosecutor for 8 years.
Frank was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2012 and joined the Erie County Prosecutor's Office the same year. As an Assistant Prosecutor Frank works in the Appellate Division, primarily focusing on criminal appeals. Along with his appellate work, he also handles criminal cases in the Felony Division. Frank graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he served as a Research Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review. Prior to joining the Erie County Prosecutor's Office he clerked in the Appellate Division of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office.
