Juvenile Division

The Juvenile Prosecuting Attorney represents the State of Ohio by inquiring into and prosecuting all offenses committed by juveniles such as felonies, misdemeanor and traffic cases involving children under the age of 18 years.

Another important component of the Juvenile Division is the victim/witness unit serving the victims of crimes committed by Juveniles.

Tony received his doctorate in law from Cleveland State University, and was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1999. Tony joined the Erie County Prosecutor's Office in 2015, and is currently assigned to prosecuting juvenile delinquency cases. Previously, Tony served as a sworn police officer, an instructor in the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, and an assistant prosecutor handling cases involving juvenile delinquency, grand jury, adult felonies and misdemeanors, asset forfeitures, criminal appeals, child support collection, delinquent tax collection and foreclosures, and defending civil lawsuits against county agencies.
