Parent Advocacy

The Erie County FCFC offers Parent Advocacy to parents or guardians who would like someone to help advocate for their child's needs as they are navigating child-serving systems. A Parent Advocate is someone who has lived experience navigating systems with their own child or children. The Parent Advocate helps parents and guardians to connect with resources and they support the parents and guardians in meetings where their child's needs are being discussed or addressed.
