As a part Ohio Medicaid’s effort to launch the next generation of Medicaid, ODM has launched OhioRISE (Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence), a specialized managed care program for youth with complex behavioral health and multisystem needs. Harbor is operating as the Care Management Entity in Erie County. Erie County FCFC is working closely with Harbor to ensure families are accessing the resources needed to meet the multi-system needs of children and youth.
