Public Records are those involving:
- Estates - Estate Searches
- Guardianships
- Trusts
- Birth Registrations and Corrections
- Name Changes
- Marriage Licenses
- Birth and Death Records Prior to 1908
Sealed Records are those involving:
- Adoptions
- Adult Protective Services
- Mental Commitments
- Documents protected by HIPAA
- Documents prepared and collected by the Court's Investigator
