The Juvenile Prosecuting Attorney represents the State of Ohio by inquiring into and prosecuting all offenses committed by juveniles such as felonies, misdemeanor and traffic cases involving children under the age of 18 years.

Another important component of the Juvenile Division is the victim/witness unit serving the victims of crimes committed by Juveniles.
