Begining July 1st 2020, you can make your payments for extisting cases to the Erie County Clerk of Courts either by using a "PayGov Mobile App" or by "PayGov Internet Access".
To pay using "PayGov Internet Access" use the link above "Make A Payment Online". This will navagate you to the PayGov website, where you can use your credit card to make a payment. There is a 3% fee for this service accessed by PayGov. Questions concerning the function of the App or questions concerning the 3% fee please call 1-866-480-8552. The online payment system takes VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER. Once payment is completed, you will be given the option to receive your confirmation receipt by email or phone text.

Go to the App Store or Google Play from your mobile phone and Search for "PayGov Mobile" click on the appropriate icon above for your phone. Select "Make Payment" and enter th PLC number for the gency you are trying to pay (Payment Location Code is above). Once you have your PLC entered, select "GO" and proceed through the next stages to complete your payment. You will need to enter all information for the invoice you're trying to pay. (i.e. case number; name; credit card info etc.) Once payment is completed, you will be given the option to receive your confirmation receipt by email or phone text. PLEASE BE AWARE!! THIS COURT DO NOT COLLECT TRAFFIC PAYMENTS.
