The Clerk of Courts Unclaimed Funds List is comprised of checks that were issued and were never cashed. If you find your name or firm listed and want to have this check re-issued, please contact the Clerk of Courts office at (419) 624-6427 or (419) 627-6684 before the end of February 2024. After February 29, 2024, anyone wanting to claim funds must contact the Erie County Auditor's Office at 419-627-7746, for refunds.
