There are several options available when making payments. Our most popular method is by the US Postal Service. Every month your bill includes a pre-addressed return envelope for your convenience.
A second popular option is our Automatic Payment Program. This process is being upgraded in June 2024 to provide easier access to this program. Check back to the website for further details.
We now have a way to pay your utility bill online for free. Please visit

Additionally, we accept payments at our office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at the following location:

If you are unable to make it to our office during those hours, we also have a night depository by the entrance as well as a payment box on the east side of the building.
